MCF or Multicultural Christian Fellowship is a group of committed believers that also aims to provide spiritual and social development through the teachings of the Word of the Kingdom. Alongside this for the advancement of the Kingdom is the imperative missionary work that reveals the true meaning of Christianity that has been concealed, kept and hidden by truncated and man-made theology that has given rise to religiosity.

Aside from conferences and/or seminars, MCF also has other programs to help people develop their talents and abilities thereby enhancing their skills and become empowered to face life's reality.  Hence, a balanced lifestyle is achieved, and thus ready to be a blessing to the populace.

MCF founding pastors Rod and Edna Dinglasan responded to their “call” in 1997  by serving the vision of an international Christian church. At the end of 2003, the couple moved into a new dimension of the "call" that has led to the existence of MCF in January, 2004. Since then they have been doing works overseas up-to-this-date with the focus on 'advancing the Kingdom of God'.

• Infallibility of the Holy Scriptures and inspiration. (not any person regardless of profession or status)
• Godhead comprising God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (not an "IT" but a person)
• Lordship of Jesus Christ – His humanity, deity, virgin birth, sinless life, death and resurrection for the sins and justification of the world. (not just a small lord or just a prophet but Lord of all)
• Salvation being achieved upon confession of Jesus Christ as Lord. (Gospel of Salvation is one level, Gospel of the Kingdom is another level)  
• Ordinances such as Water Baptism for all believers by immersion, the Lord's Supper celebrated in remembrance of Christ.
• Divine Healing – secured for all believers.
• Baptism of the Holy Spirit that which includes speaking in other tongues.
• Gifts of the Holy Spirit – equipment for ministry, with the fruit of the Holy Spirit seen as the expression of Christian character in believers.
• Alliance of honourable people from all nations under the headship of the Lord Jesus Christ to advance no other kingdom but the Kingdom of God.
• Bible prophecy and its fulfillment in the world events, heralding the climax of this age and the return of Jesus Christ our Lord.
